George Strait, Chris Stapleton Coming To Gillette Stadium in June
Country legends George Strait and Chris Stapleton are headed to Gillette Stadium in Foxborough next summer. The June 21, 2025 show is part of their newly announced five-city stadium run, which they unveiled on February 12.
Fans can grab tickets starting February 21 at 10 a.m. through GeorgeStrait.com. American Express cardholders get early access, with a special presale kicking off February 20.
Up-and-coming star Parker McCollum will open the Foxborough show. The stadium tour launches in Philadelphia on May 10, moves to Pittsburgh May 31, heads to Buffalo June 14, and finishes up in Inglewood July 19 with Little Big Town joining the lineup.
“I keep trying to slow down a bit, but you keep calling me back. Please don’t ever stop. I still love it just as much as I always have,” said Strait to Music Mayhem Magazine.
The Texas native recently made history at Kyle Field, pulling in 110,905 fans – marking the largest single-ticketed concert crowd ever in the U.S.
Their stadium collaboration began in 2022 at Kansas City’s GEHA Field. They’ve since performed together eight times in 2023 and nine shows in 2024.
What began as a one-night event has turned into something huge. The pair has packed stadiums more than twelve times since their first show together.
This comeback follows Strait’s apparent retirement in 2014. At that time, The Cowboy Rides Away Tour seemed to mark his goodbye to live performing.
Now here we are in 2025, watching these two stars build on their incredible run. That initial Kansas City performance has grown into three years of packed stadiums across the country.
