Valerie’s husband makes a mess every time he pees. After cleaning it up for years, she is tired and won’t do it anymore. So now she is forcing him to sit to pee. And he feels emasculated. But she doesn’t want to constantly clean the bathroom. What would you do if your wife forced you to sit to pee every time?
Jonathan: On the line with us right now we’ve got Valerie. Hey, Valerie.
Valerie: Hey.
Jonathan: So, Valerie, you have a problem with your husband and his inability to aim?
Valerie: I guess. Yeah. That’s a perfect way to put it.
Jonathan: What’s going on?
Valerie: Yeah, I’m married to a very wonderful man. And really, this problem is the only issue that I have with him. And he pees all over the place.
Jonathan: All over the place like there’s a couple drops?
Valerie: No, no, no, no. I mean, we’re talking. I’ve slipped on it on the floor.
Jonathan: Oh, come on. You’re married. He’s the only man in the house?
Valerie: He’s the only man in the house. And, you know, I’m the queen of the castle. I wanted to stay a certain way on the.
Ayla: I’m the queen of the castle. You’re the dirty rascal. Hey, maybe. Maybe it’s your dog.
Jonathan: Do you have a dog? Your dog’s peeing in the backyard.
Ayla: If she’s slipping on it, there’s no way a grown man can see that poorly and not get it in the toilet.
Jonathan: So Valerie’s not calling us for solution to the problem. She’s saying she has the solution, but the solution is the problem. What’s going on, Valerie?
Valerie: Yeah, I do. And I feel when I say this that most women will agree with me. I think that a lot of them would. At some point, they feel like can do this as well. And my thing is now he is no longer allowed to stand when he is peeing. I gave him warnings and I said, if I find one more drop it’s over. And that’s what happened. And now you’ve got to sit.
Jonathan: I have to say to Valerie, how do you enforce this? Did you put a camera in the bathroom?
Valerie: No, I, I live with him. I go in there every time and look after he goes and it’s like, listen, you’ve gotta understand. I’m not this man’s mother. I’m sick and tired of cleaning up after him. He’s not a child.
Ayla: Can’t he clean up after? Why are you cleaning up his.
Jonathan: You know what it is? I can tell you 100% what it is. He thinks he’s cleaned up. That’s how we are. That’s how men are. Every time I shave or just trim my beard or whatever, Katie loses it on me. She’s like, There’s hair everywhere. And I was like, I tried to clean it up.
Ayla: Interesting.
Jonathan: You could see where the hair was. I’m sorry.
Ayla: Okay, that’s a good point. So maybe men and women are just so vastly different in this. You think, though, Valerie, women will be on your side with this?
Jonathan: I think she thinks that all women do this eventually to their men.
Valerie: You gotta do what you gotta do. And yeah, I mean, I think men, for the most part, are pretty oblivious..
Jonathan: All right. Is it okay for a wife to tell her husband you have to sit when you pee? And what are the repercussions if he doesn’t?
Ayla: What about number two? I feel bad for the guy.
Jonathan: Yeah, no. Well, he. He has to stand when he does a number two. Now, that’s actually how it worksValerie, thank you so much for your call.
Valerie: Thank you for your help. What do you think should.
