Historic Fenway Park Opens With Some Modern New Twists

Who says you can’t teach an old dog new tricks? Just take a look at America’s Favorite Ballpark, which opened the week the Titantic sank back in 1912. Every year, new improvements are made, options expand, and efficieny enhancements abound. This year, Fenway Park opens with some modern new twists. There are many new food options, signage and seating changes, payment requirements and technological upgrades.

  This year at Fenway, there will be a concession opportunities that  will let  you order from your seat, or at a touchscreen. Grab your drinks from the cooler and pay at the “visual recognition AI” self check-out!  

  Fenway Park 2022 changes: New Truly Terrace with AI checkout; Fenway goes cashless - Averann

  Fenway Park turns 110 years old this year, but still has some new tricks up its sleeve in the form of some new terraces, billboards and AI-based self-checkout options. The park is also moving away from some conventional amenities, including a new policy where vendors at the park will no longer take cash.
