Pay Ball! Well, that’s what you’ll be saying after going to an MLB game this season.

Especially if your home team is in a major market, i.e. New York, Los Angeles, or Boston. But just like with any professional sporting event, it’s not particularly cheap to do so.

Bookies.com calculated the cost of attending MLB Games at each ballpark this season and determined that a family of four will spend on average $149.03 (for four tickets, lot parking, two beers, two sodas and four hot dogs).

That’s just an average, they don’t include if you wanted to buy a jersey or say maybe a hat. If your really smart you’d pre-game before heading in and maybe save you a few extra dollars!
