Kruser’s Local Catch

Kruser’s Local Catch

When you grow up with live music in the home, chances are you will also dabble. That’s what happened in the Mailhot house, inspiring Brian Mailhot toward a music career. The New Hampshire native has his dad to thank for the influence and encouragement. His father always played in bands, so Brian was bound to get the music bug. This talented artist has  new music to share. Give a listen and get to know my Local Catch of the Week, Brian Mailhot from Manchester, NH.

Mailhot’s new release “Let’s Get Twisted” is a catchy, thoroughly entertaining summer jam. There are images of beaches, hot summer nights and refreshing Twisted Tea. It’s definitely a party song that will take you away and land you smack dab in the middle of a beach. Kenny Chesney, Jake Owen and Jimmy Buffett would all appreciate this 3 1/2 minute seasonal anthem. Brian doesn’t take himself or the circumstances of this song too seriously. A little humor in music goes a long way.

Find out more about the New England singer/songwriter, like where to see him live, what he’s listening to, and hear his new song, below. Meet my Local Catch of the Week, Brian Mailhot from Manchester, NH. Reading about our local musicians, listening to their music and going see them perform is how we can all support their art.
