BEING SUED – Apple Slows iPhones When New Models Come Out
We’ve always suspected this, but now it’s been proven, and Apple is being sued for it!
According to TMZ, there’s a California man going to bat on behalf of all of us.
Stefan Bogdanovich, who will be regarded as a hero of 2018, is taking Apple to court for slowing down iPhones that aren’t the most current, and his claim is that it “causes users to suffer” using these products.
“Bogdanovich claims Apple’s decision to slow the operation of older phones to save battery life was never requested or agreed upon … and it lowers the value of their phones,” says TMZ.
Many users have believed this for many years, and that when new phones come out, that Apple is slowing things down from the back end, which will cause people to feel that their iPhones are “too old” and need to be replaced, thus causing consumers to go into their providers to get an upgrade.
