A man named Wojceich Cieszkowski pulled into a parking spot and came way too close to Alec and his wife who were waiting on the curb. Alec is suing the man claiming that he repeatedly LIED about what went down during that parking spot fight. Alec says "When two New Yorkers get into an argument over a parking space, typically what happens is they exchange a few sharp words and then movie on with their lives. " Cieszkowski claims that is not what happened here..
