3rd Annual Dr. Seuss’ Birthday Celebration This Saturday in Harvard Square
One of the greatest (if not the GOAT) children’s authors ever is from right here in Massachusetts. Theodor Seuss Geisel aka Dr. Seuss was born in Springfield, Mass on March 2, 1904 and this weekend he’s being honored in Boston.
The Harvard Square Business Association is throwing their 3rd Annual Dr. Seuss Birthday Celebration! This is a great, fee event for families – it runs from noon to 2pm in Harvard Square. Between noon and 1p here will be a public reading of “Green Eggs and Ham” in the Harvard Coop vestibule and complimentary Green Eggs and Ham birthday cake and ice cream, donated by Milk Bar and JP Licks. Then from 1-2pm it’ll be Dr. Seuss Story time, activities and giveaways at the Harvard COOP.
No registration is necessary and full details can be found RIGHT HERE.
