I know this from experience. Since my daughter was just a toddler, she had begged us to get a dog. We didn’t think a dog would work with our lifestyle. We work, we travel, we busy. Plus, I always said, “I am not a dog person.” I wasn’t. At least I thought I wasn’t . Four years ago, I gave in. We attended a rescue dog adoption event, and found our soul mutt! We welcomed mixed breed brindle beauty Zoey to our family in late February of 2016. And honestly, she rescued us. Our lives are far fuller and richer because of her. We walk much more, enjoy the beauty of our town, go exploring and do a whole lot more loving. And yes, there is the cuddling in the cold of winter.
If you’ve been contemplating adopting a dog, this is the month to do it! Thanks to Coors, your adoption fees, up to $100, will be paid for! Of course you have to be 21 or older, and the adoption must take place between now February 21. Coors Light will be covering adoption costs for the first 1,000 eligible participants.
To get your fees reimbursed , just text “COORS4k9” and a pic of your adoption receipt to 28130. The first eligible participants, after review, will be give the $100 toward their adoption fees.
