Boston Restaurant Mei Mei Is Holding a Virtual Dumpling Party This Weekend
Chinese-American restaurant Mei Mei makes some serious dumplings, and this weekend they’re teaching us how to too! Mei Mei is hosting two hands-on classes this weekend which will cover everything you need to make dumplings at home including hand-folding techniques and how to achieve that perfect pan-sear. By the way Mei Mei is a two-time winner of Boston’s Best Dumplings from Boston Magazine so you know these will be delish-o-rama!
You’ll get Mei Mei’s favorite dumpling recipes and they’ll give tips on hosting your own dumpling party (when this all passes of course)! Classes are an hour and a half each, are done over Zoom, and cost $33. Class times this weekend are Friday and Sunday 5-6:30pm. Then it’s dumplings for dinner!
