Recipes are the thing…in quarantine, as we’ve seen. (rhyming not intended). We are all becoming amatuer chefs and bartenders at home, devouring ideas and recipes.
Celebrities are even jumping in on sharing cocktail recipes. Who could forget famed chef/author Ina Garten sharing her cosmo recipe, delivered with humor and a giant martini glass! Then there was actor Stanley Tucci looking all Italian suave at his home bar meticulously unfolding his recipe for Negroni.
According to Google, the search engine giant, there has been a surge in cocktail searches in the past few months. Just a sign of the quarantine times…
And so we bring to you, the most the most Googled cocktail recipes state by state, thanks to Thrillist, whose rep tell us, “Don’t worry ‘quarantini’ is not on the list!”
Predictably, New Yorkers are searching for Manhattans, while Tennesseans go country with Buschwackers. Here in New England, our states share some similar interests… New Hampshire and Massachusetts agree, so do Rhode Island and Vermont, while Maine and Connecticut are in sync.
