Farmers’ Almanac Predicts Cold, Snowy Winter for New England – Possible Blizzard Too
The 202 year old Farmers’ Almanac is out with it’s winter prediction for this year and it’s not good news…. unless you love lots of snow.
The Almanac says this winter will be much different than last year’s which was fairly snow-free. It says look for a snow-heavy, colder-than-normal winter this year featuring a blizzard during the second week of February which may bring up to two feet of snow on areas from Washington, D.C. all the way up to Boston. It predicts a late-season storm in March as well.
So live up the rest of Summer, enjoy Fall, and rest up those shoveling and snow-plowing muscles… we may need them.
