Post Malone Country Album Tops ‘Billboard 200’ Album Chart
Post Malone venturing into country with his album F-1 Trillion has been quite the success.
In the Billboard 200 album chart dated for August 31, F-1 Trillion debuts at No. 1 with 250,000 album units earned in the first week of release. This is Malone’s third album to top the Billboard 200 album chart following 2018’s Beerbongs & Bentleys and 2019’s Hollywood’s Bleeding.
F-1 Trillion was certainly helped by its list of guest artists, which is a who’s-who of country’s biggest names, including Morgan Wallen, Lainey Wilson, Dolly Parton, Blake Shelton, Luke Combs, Jelly Roll, Tim McGraw, Chris Stapleton, Hank Williams Jr., Brad Paisley, HARDY, ERNEST, Sierra Ferrell and Billy Strings.
The success of F-1 Trillion isn’t just on the Billboard 200. All 18 tracks from the album have landed on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. A breakdown of the current ranking of each track is below:

So far in 2024, only three other country titles have topped the Billboard 200. Morgan Wallen’s One Thing at a Time topped the chart during for the week’s of January 20, February 10 and March 16. For those chart weeks, the album moved 61,000, 66,000 and 68,000 units, respectively.
The chart week for February 17 saw Toby Keith’s 35 Biggest Hits top the Billboard 200 moving 66,000 units. This happened following Keith's death on February 5 at age 62 following a battle with stomach cancer.
During the chart weeks for April 13 and 20, topping the Billboard 200 was Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter, which moved 407,000 and 128,000 units, respectively.
