It Feels Good – Let’s Get Kaden To Disney World!
A local kid has one dream, and it’s to go to Disney World. But the difference between him and other kids, is that if he gets to Disney, he gets to live a normal life.

Kaden Hersum is 6 years old and he lives in Chestnut Hill. Right now he’s in the fight of his life. Earlier this year he was diagnosed with a super rare form of Leukemia, and it all started with a headache and swelling under his eye. His parents thought nothing of it, but brought him to the emergency room.
They thought they’d be in there for a couple hours…turns out, they never left.
Because that day they heard the words, “Kaden has cancer.”
Kaden spent 5 months at Boston Children’s Hospital. Over this time he’s gone through two rounds of chemo, and even a bone marrow transplant in April. No 6 year old should have to go through this.
But Kaden still has dreams and friends, I know we are going to help get him there.
Kaden’s mom says, “Disney World to us is our end goal. So if we make it there, it means Kaden night get to live a normal life.”
That’s then the organization One Campaign at a Time stepped in. They have been raising money for this Disney Dream.
