Man Breaks World Record for Standing On Top of Hot Air Balloon at Almost 12,000 Feet

French balloonist Rémi Ouvrard just broke a world record by standing on top of a hot air balloon at an altitude of 11,932 feet.
The 28 year-old is not a stranger to setting world records by being nutty with hot air balloons: In February 2020, he balanced over a hot-air balloon at 3,992 feet above sea level.
And I get scared being 2/3 of the way up a step ladder.
