Who woulda thought that Kelly Clarkson is a massive Red Sox Fan?

Kelly Clarkson is the host of The Kelly Clarkson Show and this week she sat down with two of our favorite Boston boys (with Chris Tucker) and interviewed them. They were brought onto her show to promote the movie, ‘AIR.’ All three of the boys star in this movie about Nike and Michael Jordan. That movie is out in theaters now! Check out the trailer below.

Kelly Clarkson And The Boys Love Boston Sports

Before getting to the questions about the movie, Kelly asked them about sports. She asked if they played sports growing up and what their greatest achievement was. That’s when it got fun. They talked about baseball and then their love of Fenway Park!

Matt Damon said that he got to take batting practice at Fenway Park and hit a ball all the way out to the Green Monster. It was a pitch that his father threw him. The audience applauded for that one.

Ben said that he got to spend a lot of time inside Fenway Park when he was filming the movie, “The Town.” He talked about all of the old tunnels inside the Park.

Kelly Clarkson explained that she’s a proud Texan and one time during the World Series she was singing in Boston and she fell in love with the Boston fans.

“I was like I love these people! Like everyone was losing their minds….why be there if you’re not gonna have a good time?” – Kelly Clarkson.
