Brandy's 17 year old daughter designed a wedding dress for her niece's wedding and made the dress as a wedding present. Her niece then didn't invite the daughter to the wedding because its an "adult only" wedding. Now Brandy's daughter is saying she won't give her the dress two weeks before the wedding.
