Are they dating or are they not? Kelsea Ballerini was coy about it, but Chase Stokes was a little more blunt when TMZ confronted him about the new romance. Chase Stokes is an actor most known for his leading role in the show, “Outer Banks.” We have photo confirmation that the musician and actor spent quality time together at the College National Championship Game. But there always is two sides to every story, right?

    Chase was stopped by TMZ and when asked about Kelsea he did not deny the relationship. Chase said “She’s a sweet girl. We’re having a good time and that’s all I’ll say.” Watch it in the video below if you don’t believe me!
