Tomorrow is Veterans Day, and to honor those who proudly and bravely serve our country, many restaurants and business are offering freebies and discounts for military members. Active military and veterans will likely need proof of service.  Bring your military ID, discharge papers, VA cards, veteran organization membership cards, or in some cases Military uniforms will also serve as proof of service.

Veterans Day is a chance for all of us to show our appreciation. With the help of CBS News Boston, I’m sharing a few restaurants suggestions that are offering deals as a way to say thank you. Be sure to call ahead to make sure the deals are indeed available. Check it all out below. And THANK YOU to all those who are serving and have served these United States of America!

  Wendy’s salutes our Veterans and Active Military with a FREE Breakfast combo offer. Get the deal from 6:30- 10:30am 

• 2. Starbucks

  Military service members, past and present, and their spouses can enjoy a FREE tall (12-ounce) hot or iced coffee 

• 3. 110 Grill

  Who says there so such thing as a free lunch? If you are a veteran or active military 110 Grill has your free lunch from 11:30am-4:00pm

  From 11:00am -5:00pm on Veterans day, get a FREE lunch from their select menu for Vets and active duty at The Ninety-Nine.
