An American Idol Reunion is Set For Kelly Clarkson’s New Talk Show
A TV series all about Garth Brooks is hitting A&E this winter. Garth: The Road I’m On is part of the show’s biography series. The show will feature interviews from Garth, his wife Trisha Yearwood, his original band and behind the scenes footage from his current stadium tour.
Boston native and big time actor Chris Evans is in a fantasy football battle! He’s been talking smack against actor Chris Pratt and this isn’t a new rivalry. Chris Pratt said in a clip “I’m playing Evans this week…he’s an actor, he had a short stint as Captain America but I think it didn’t really work out so they ended up killing him off. So Evans, I’m gonna get you back for what your patriots did to my Seahawks a couple years ago.” Nothing like good, friendly competition!
NFL investigators will meet with Antonio Brown’s accuser, Britney Taylor, tomorrow. This meeting will officially launch the leagues investigation into the sexual assault and rape allegations made against Antonio. He played yesterday and had his first touchdown as a Patriot against the Dolphins, but today’s meeting with Britney could result in Antonio being put on the NFL’s personal exempt list for an indefinite amount of time.
Zooey Deschanel who just split from her now ex-husband has been seen with Property Brothers star Jonathan Scott. Scott is trying to play it cool to the media saying “I am seeing someone” and not revealing who but we’ve seen pictures on their social media that’d link them together.
Gigi Hadid is facing a $150k lawsuit over a photo of her ex boyfriend Zayn Malik. She posted a picture of him on her instagram page that was taken by a paparazzi named Robert O’Neil.
“Gigi Hadad is not, and has never been, licensed or otherwise authorized to reproduce, publicly display, distribute and/or use the photograph,” says the lawsuit.
This isn’t the first time she’d been sued by the paparazzi for using a photo that she didn’t take herself.
On the September 18th episode of the Kelly Clarkson Show, Kelly will bring back the original American Idol judges for a reunion!When Carrie Underwood was asked about appearing on Kelly’s show she said “An Idol reunion? I see all of those judges. I’ve never seen them together since I was on the show but that’s pretty incredible.” She says as long as they don’t judge her, she’d down to join! Ryan Seacrest, the original judges (Randy Johnson, Simon Cowell, and Paula Abdul), and runner-up in Kelly’s season Justin Guarini are all slated to appear!
Bruins Defenseman Charlie McAvoy, who was absent from the first three days of training camp signed a contract extension Sunday the team confirmed. His 3 year deal has an annual NHL salary cap hit of $4.9 million! The Bruins open their exhibition season tonight against the New Jersy Devils.
