Although New England has not been part of the national tribute flyover salute from the Blue Angels and Thunderbirds, today the 104th Fighter Wing will do the honors as a tribute to our heroes.
Jets will fly over our state today starting at 12:15 to honor all the healthcare workers bravely fighting the coronavirus. It also happens to be National Nurses Day, so some extra love for our nurses.
According to CBS, the Westfield based unit will perform during “normal flying hours to accomplish ongoing training requirements.”
