Well, this is a Marvel-ous story! A group of window washers donned capes, masks and even some spandex in Boston on Tuesday. No, it wasn’t a costume party, the men were working and decided to surpise some kids, according to a story featured on WCVB TV. The men who work for PureView LLC, descended outside the windows of some young patients at Shriners Children’s Hospital in Boston.

Batman, Superman and Iron Man were right there in the heart of the city, dangling from their harnessed cables, doing their good work. They weren’t just cleaning up, they were cheering up. Much to the surprise of the kids inside the windows, and the passers-by on the street, the window washers delighted,

Hector, Juan and Jean are the super “sudsers” who surprised the kids at Boston Shriner’s Hospital, outside their windows on Tuesday, as Channel 5 reported. And according to their story, window washer Juan said, ““The little kid was just looking at us. I waved. Knowing the kind of work they’re doing here, it means a lot to me because I got kids myself.”

Shriners treats children with burn related injuries and issues, regardless of insurance or their ability to pay, as Chief of Staff, Dr.Rob Sheridan told WCVB.  They specialize in pediatric specialty care, providing “compassionate and innovative treatment to children with severe burn injuries, complex skin conditions, and cleft-lip and palate needs, according to their website.

These 3 superheroes were there to not only give the kids a clearer view, but a much brighter day.
