Revive And Co. Celebrates A Brand New “Secret” Bakery In Weymouth
Revive and Co. in Weymouth has a new bakery. They sell yummy bread options, desserts, décor and more! They are officially open
Revive and Co. in Weymouth celebrated a brand new launch- a new bakery inside of their already incredibly popular smoothie and food restaurant!
Revive is a wonderful local business that started in 2019 with their flagship spot in Weymouth. In my opinion, they are the go-to place for acai bowls that actually fill your bowl with more acai than not. I’ve been to other places and bought acai bowls, but at Revive, they actually give you a ton of it. If that doesn’t get your tummy excited, I don’t know what does!
If you’re not into acai bowls, Revive sells breakfast sandwiches, coffee, smoothies, salads, and sandwiches. They’ve since expanded to an additional storefront in Milton (which I’ve never been to). But, I’ve been to the one in Weymouth many times.
My son was so excited to walk through the new door to the bakery. He was fascinated by all of the treats inside of the cases.
Revive and Co. Bakery Is Now Open
I walked into the Weymouth location the other day and saw some balloons and a sign that said “Now open! Market & Bakery.” I didn’t even know there was a secret door there. My 14-month-old son saw the balloons and immediately entered the door.
I was blown away! Revive now has a gorgeous bakery behind that door. There’s a display case that features pastries, croissants, muffins, raspberry bars and so much more. There were a number of vegan, gluten free and keto options in the display case as well. The employee working behind the glass told me that they make many of the bread items, but they get their sweet treats from a local business in Providence, RI. I bought one of the raspberry bars because I recently found out that I have a gluten intolerance. It was delicious!
Inside of the secret bakery there’s also a marketplace, and there’s so many things inside of the market. You can find baby gifts, home décor, pancake mix, cheese platters, syrup, eggs and so much more.
Walking into Revive was a very pleasant experience. They are celebrating their new bakery and marketplace right now with a “soft opening.” But at some point they will have a grand opening celebration. They told me that it would be announced on their social media. But in the meantime, you can support this local business in many ways.

For many years in a row, the South Shore proudly holds the distinction of being home to the most “Irish zip codes” in America. Here’s the break down of Irish residents according to WCVB:
02339 Hanover: 46.3%
02382 Whitman: 45.6%
02081 Walpole: 44%
02061 Norwell: 42.7%

02184 Braintree: 41.6%
02188 Weymouth: 40.2%
With all of those Irish people, there’s GOT to be good Irish bars on the South Shore, right? YES! Let’s go find them in the following Towns of Weymouth, Norwell, Whitman, Abington and Hingham.
Many of these Irish pubs in this area offer a wide range of delicious dishes that pair perfectly with a pint of Guinness too! From hearty stews, to fish and chips, to savory pies and traditional Irish soda bread, the South Shore’s culinary scene ensures that your Guinness experience is accompanied by mouthwatering flavors. Some of them even serve the famous “South Shore Pizza too!”
No matter what pub you attend, you will hear the sweet sounds of folky Irish music. Sometimes it’s live music, and other times it’s blasting through the pub’s speakers. Either way it will leave you wanting to leave MA and hop on a flight to Ireland!
