Forget about going to Google. I have done all of the research on the South Shore breweries and wineries so you don’t have to!
It’s time for another Lushy List! What is the Lushy List you ask? It’s a full and complete list of every brewery and winery in the Commonwealth of MA. I have consolidated them by region. This time, we head to the South Shore to look at some of our favorite breweries and wineries. According to the Mass.gov website, the “The South Shore Region includes the communities of Cohasset, Scituate, Norwell, Hanover, Marshfield, Pembroke, Duxbury, Kingston, and Plymouth.” But I have expanded the list to include towns like Weymouth, Rockland, Braintree, and more.
From Mayflower Brewery in Plymouth, Vitamin Sea in Weymouth, and Widowmaker in Braintree, the South Shore is home to some amazing breweries and wineries! They all make their own craft brews, and many of the businesses support other local farms by using local ingredients in their mixes.
Sit back, crack open a cold one, and get ready to plan your next trip to one of Massachusetts finest watering holes. And if you’re local to the South Shore, don’t forget to shop (and drink) local!
