Todd has a condo on Cape Cod and one of his neighbors has a problem dog that keeps attacking other dogs. Instead of doing something about it, the condo association put up a fence to let other owners walk their dogs while avoiding this dog, and used the condo fees to pay for it. Todd thinks that he should call the town and have the dog put down, but he likes his neighbor and doesn’t want to hurt her
