Kelsea Ballerini Surprised By Fan’s Proposal!

Big time Kelsea Ballerini fans Breana and Reid were working at her concert at Headwaters Country Jam in Montana over the weekend. And Reid had wanted to propose, but his initial plans had fallen through. Thanks to help from friends he was able to get them backstage for a meet and greet, where he appeared to surprise Kelsea even more than his girlfriend!
