Kane Brown Leaves Social Media… For Now
Kane Brown deleted his official twitter account earlier this week… but it didn’t last long. He came back to Twitter and explained to his fans that his “management team will be running my twitter and Facebook from now on so “[he] can focus on music and [his] family and stay off my phone. It’s taking over [his] life. SO Instagram will be the only thing you can get a hold of [him] on at least until the next album. He appears to be back on all social medias.
SNL cast member Leslie Jones is breaking her week long silence. Last night she posted a very lengthy statement on her social media confirming the already-known news that she’s leaving SNL. She thanked so many people who was with her the past 5 years on the show and said that each and every person has made her a better performer. Then she went into a nice tribute to her cast mates by highlighting all of their impressions that they’ve done on the show and how much she’s going to miss the laughs. She ended the statement with #iamnotdeadjustgraduating. She recently inked a deal with Netflix to headline a stand-up comedy special and she’s signed on to host the reboot of supermarket sweep!
Jonah Hill is engaged to girlfriend Gianna Santos! They’ve had a pretty low key relationship since they were seen together for the first time in August of 2018. He recently bought a $6.77 million home in Santa Monica, so you could say they’re ready to grow into that!
Randy Houser is admitting that parenting is harder than he thought it would be. When asked in a recent interview whether he and his wife were going to have more kids and he said “eh, let’s get this one sleeping first. He’s a mess. He has reflux, you know. He eats and the (bleh). And it burns, you know?” Randy is a hands on dad when he’s home, but says that his wife is a superstar. She understands that he has to go out on tour to make a living for their family. She just, on zero sleep, has continued to kill it. Huckleberry Randolph Houser is only 8 weeks old!
Terminator actress, Linda Hamilton just revealed that she’s been celibate for at least 15 years! She told a reporter that in an interview with the New York Times. She’s 62 years old. “I’ve been celibate for at least 15 years. Once loses track, because it just doesn’t matter-or at least it doesn’t matter to me. I have a very romantic relationship with my world every day and the people who are in it. I love my alone time like no one you’ve ever met.”
Chris Lane announced a solo headlining tour called the Big big plans tour. The tour kicks off Halloween night. He is coming to Boston to the House of Blues on January 11th!
Hoda Kotb is back on the Today Show after a maternity leave in April. She adopted her second child, Hope Catherine, with longtime boyfriend Joel Schiffman Hoda’s co-host Savannah Guthrie was so happy to see her and Hoda admitted that she woke up at 3:15am, ready to go to get “back home.” Hoda gushed that this was the best summer of her entire life. But she’s back! Can’t believe how early she wakes up!
Dierks Bentley got in trouble this weekend with the law! He was headlining the Seven Peaks Festival and went fishing and it looks like he did it without a license (police are serious about that stuff!) He tweeted a video to Luke Bryan saying “Hey Luke, those fish we caught in the Cottonwood Creek this week here in Buena Vista, we should probably get a fish license net time because I just got pulled over.” Unlike most people who get tickets from the law Dierks was excited about it saying he “actually appreciates the ticket and appreciates being treated like a regular person.” The fine was for $139.
Country music Chase Rice will help ESPN pick the student section of the year this college football season. What’s he looking for? Oh just the best fan section. The rowdiest! The loudest! He played at UNC so he kind of knows that the fans need to bring to give the players the best football experience. Each week a student section will be chosen and then it will be narrowed down to a winner. Chase Rice says “College football season is my favorite time of year. I’m honored to join this committee to help celebrate some of the greatest fans in the country.
