Taylor Swifts Fans Back Her Up On Her Feud With Scooter Braun
Last week Taylor said that her former label owner Scott Borchetta, and Scooter Braun, who now owns her music catalog, have told her that she can’t perform any of her own music at the AMA’s, as well as feature any of the old music in a Netflix documentary. She asked her fans to step in and help and they sure did. Scooter’s company was bombarded with calls all day. Scooter has apparently tried to make contact with Taylor to smooth out the situation, but she hasn’t returned his calls.
Fyre Festival. Remember that debacle? If you don’t, it was this music festival at the Bahamas where the promoters promised all sorts of amazing packages and musical acts but when guests showed up, it was a disaster that ended in many guests having to stay multiple nights in first-aid style tents. Apparently they will be turning the events that occurred at Fyre into a book series. It turns out there’s a mysterious “Hollywood publicist” that’s been promoting a launch from a little-known author and advertised that it’s supposed to be the publishing event of the year, featuring big named guests like Paris Hilton and Khloe Kardashian, and a spread by Wolfgang Puck. Only problem, is that many of the stars on the guest list haven’t ever heard of the party. There are other red flags with this event…like the event is being held at a gym and the terribly designed poster that was created for it.
General Hospital actor Tyler Christopher pleaded guilty to two counts of public intoxication after he was arrested on his 47th Birthday..which took place right outside his house. An Uber Driver reportedly drove the actor home on his birthday and called the cops when Christopher passed out inside the vehicle…and urinated on himself. The Morgan County Prosecutors office ordered him to pay a $440 fine during his trial but surprisingly he was not placed on probation and will not have to attend an AA treatment program.
