Mansfield PD Gave Keith Urban And Daughter A Special Gift
Keith Urban has been performing at the Xfinity in Mansfield for many years. He’s a welcome part of the community, and the Mansfield PD showed him how much they appreciate the Grammy Award winning international superstar. They posted after Friday night’s show that School Resource Officer Ken Wright and Officer Andy Littig gave Keith a plush toy to give to his 12 year old daughter, Faith, who was there. Faith will be 12 this December.
The Mansfield PD gave Keith Urban and his daugher a special gift. It was a plush toy dog named Bentley, after the department’s real life dog. They shared the story of Bentley, and the great work of service dogs. You can read more about how helpful these NEADS World Class Service Dogs are HERE.
When I was backstage, before the show, I got to chat with Keith Urban briefly and his daughter, Faith, actually came out to hang with us for a while. That was before her dad realized she was getting tired, put his head up against hers and said, “you wanna get out of here, don’t you. Go ahead sweetheart.” There’s an in tune father for you. Faith showed no signs of being bored or tired with us. She did show us that she is the spitting image of her mom, Nicole Kidman. Faith Urban’s resemblence to her mother is uncanny, she has the hair, the long legs, and the eyes of her mama. I’m sure the beautiful, young Faith will appreciate the gift from the Mansfield Police Department.
These guys are always going above and beyond and Friday night they did it again. Thanks to the Mansfield PD for their special gift to Keith Urban and his daughter, and for their service to the community.
