Little Big Town To Host CMT Awards Second Year In A Row

Little Big Town will be back again this year to host the 2019 CMT Music Awards for the second year in a row.

Last year, when they hosted the fan-voted show, they also took home the group video of the year award for their ā€œWhen Someone Stops Loving Youā€ video.

In 2017, they won the same award for ā€œBetter Man.ā€

And in 2016, they won for ā€œGirl Crush.ā€

Carly Pearce will announce this yearā€™s nominees on May 7 on NBC’s Today.

Pearce posted today on Twitter, “So honored asked me to help announce the 2019 nominations on the ! Tune-in May 7th during the 10am hour. And we may play a little music too.Ā 

The CMT Awards will be broadcast live from Nashvilleā€™s Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday, June 5 at 8pm ET/PT on CMT.
