Twitter Reacts To Garth Brooks’ Entertainer Of The Year Win
Most fans of country music would agree that Garth Brooks is a living legend who still plays incredible concerts, whether they’re in a stadium or a dive bar.
However, some took exception to his winning Entertainer of the Year at the CMAs, particularly over Carrie Underwood. Many took to Twitter to voice their frustrations. Here are some of those tweets:

ONE comment on Carrie Underwood and the #CMAawards: if she couldn't get votes for EOTY after the massive numbers, stats + mainstream reach that she has then no woman will ever be able to win EOTY again. Sad precedent. That Cry Pretty tour looked kinda epic. And Garth Brooks? LOL.

I love Garth Brooks. I do. And he is an amazing entertainer. BUT Carrie deserved that more than anyone in the category or even in country music. What she has put into this year? No one could compete.
