1. Dorchester Winter Farmers Market
The Dorchester Winter Farmers Market was established in 2013 to ensure that the Dorchester community had access to local, fresh produce throughout winter. Each week the farmers market will be a little bit different to meet the different needs of the Dorchester neighborhoods. This market runs every Saturday in winter from 10 am to 1 pm.

2. Boston Parent’s Camp & Summer Expo
One of the largest camp expos in New England is this weekend! The 2020 Camp Expo is bigger and better than ever. There will be more thank 65 camp organizations with more than 2,000 different camps and summer programs. This is the perfect time to start thinking about those summer plans.

3. Harvard Square Taste of Chocolate Festival 2020
The Harvard Square Business Association is thrilled to announce the highly anticipated annual Taste of Chocolate Festival! The FREE chocolate tasting will be this Saturday January 25th from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm. Join them on Brattle Plaza for heavenly chocolate treats from some of Cambridge’s most loved restaurants.

4. Light-Up Night Sledding on the Farm
Grab your sled and snow pants and come to Chestnut Hill Farm for a night of sledding! Every Saturday, January through March, Chestnut Hill Farm will have the best hill ready with sledding lanes lit up in the night to help you guide your way. This event is FREE and fun for all ages.

5. Free Beginner Swing/Lindy Hop Workshop
Free Dance Studio presents a FREE beginner Swing/Lindy Hop Workshop! This 90 minute workshop teaches you the basics of Lindy Hop, teh original form of swing, along with some fun moves. This class is designed for beginners, so if you’ve never danced before this is for you!

6. 2020 Chinese New Year Celebration
The Fo Guang Buddhist Temple in Boston is having their 2020 Chinese New Year Celebration! There will be Thousands Buddhas’ Blessing Service, Wishing Bell, Blessing Car, Lion Dance, Culture Performances, Vegetarian Chinese New Year food, Lucky Draw and so much more. This Saturday is the first day of the Chinese New Year, so come celebrate!

7. Traditional Irish Music at The Druid
The long standing tradition of traditional Irish music at The Druid take place every Saturday at 4:00 pm and Sunday at 12:00 pm. Each week is something new so come in and bring your friends!

8. Ice Cream Sundae Bar Pop Up

This Sunday at DCR’s Melnea A. Cass Arena there are FREE tennis lessons for all ages! Whether you’re a kid, adult or senior, this free beginner lesson is for you. This is a drop-in program designed to introduce and reinforces the fundamental skills of tennis.

10. Hot Dog Fest V
Round five of Lamplighter Brewing Co.’s Hot Dog Fest is this Friday! There will be a whole bunch of global inspired hot dogs, with even the potential of a hot dog eating contest. Admission to this event is FREE, so come hungry and enjoy the fun!
