WATCH: Carly Pearce Learns About Her ACM Nominations

Carly Pearce was watching CBS This Morning with her mother this morning (2/26) when she learned she was a multiple ACM nominee: she has nods for Female Artist of the Year, Single of the Year and Musical Event of the Year for her duet with Lee Brice “I Hope You’re Happy Now.”

Carly posted a video of her getting a call this morning from her record label president. She posted to Twitter, “My mom and I were waiting for the @acmawards nominations this morning & then I got THE call from @scottborchetta… He tells me I have not one but THREE & one of those is FEMALE ARTIST OF THE YEAR!! I truly have no words. Thank you thank you thank you, gonna go cry all day.”

The 2021 ACM Awards will air live from Nashville on April 18, 2021 on CBS.
