Sam Hunt shares childhood home movies in new music video.

The song called “Start Nowhere” was released Wednesday (11/23). The music video was released in tandem. The video starts out with a home video shot in Cedartown, Georgia where a young Sam Hunt coaxes his brother Van to ride a goat. Hunt, 37, posted a long caption along with a clip of the new video on his Instagram account.

“Sometimes the only way to get your feet back on the ground is to go back home where you grew up. ”

The song is from Sam’s new project. Sam has had a lot of success with nostalgic songs, including the hit “23.”

The trip down memory lane has special meaning for the country star because he will be spending Thanksgiving with his family and his 6-month old baby girl, Lucy. He told People, “We’ll be making the rounds with our new little girl, so she’ll be on kind of a baby tour.”
