Catch Of The Week: John Brazile
Meet John Brazile from Worcester!
John Brazile (sounds like “brazzle) is a storyteller with a guitar. He’s a vocalist and musician with something to say. And those skills certainly must come in handy, and are likely sharpened by having five children.
John started playing when he was about 11 years old. Hie was introduced to Travis Tritt and Merle Haggard, among others, by his father. But listening to his soulful gruff and his vulnerable narrative, another artist comes to mind…Lee Brice. There is no doubt this singer/songwriter likes his country to rock. Being the in-house band at Ballard’s Beach Resort on Block Island likely warrants that. There’s a gentle, yet proud; subtle, yet powerful artist here. And one that needs to be heard.
