Luke Bryan’s Youngest Son Ends Up In The ER
Luke Byan’s youngest son Tate (13) had a fishing accident that landed him in a Nashville area ER, and his mom, Caroline, posted a video clip of the moment and his injury.
In the video she posted, Caroline says showing a close-up video of Tate’s leg with a fishing hook embedded in it, “Let me see.” Tate says, “It doesn’t look deep because of how long it’s in there.” Caroline says, “It’s not too bad, but it’s still in there. I had to cut his new pants off.” She asks Tate, who is somber and not crying at all, “How are you feeling?” He replied, “I at least caught the trout.” His mom laughed.
Caroline captioned the video on Instagram, “Another fish hook ER visit…but he wanted Luke to know that he still caught the fish! @lukebryan @williamson_hlth.”

Bryan is one of the hardest-working artists in country music. As he gears up to co-host another CMA Awards show next week (11/8), the country superstar says he needs to take a break and enjoy his life at some point soon.
Luke recently celebrated thirty-one number one songs at a party in Nashville. He told us that as much as he loves his place in country music, something has got to give. He said, “I really feel blessed that I can still, after all this time, have a tangible role as being somebody high up in the business. I can’t always keep facilitating and doing so much in the business. At some point, I’ve got to watch a kid’s football game, and at some point, my wife and I have to go take a trip to a foreign country. We’ve been so busy we haven’t even gotten to go travel abroad and do all that.”
Still, Bryan appreciates where he is in the business. He offered, “At the end of the day, when I wake up, and I feel great, and I’ve slept great, and haven’t flown across the country and jetlagged and all that when I’m on stage, I love every second of it. I still love connecting with the fans, and I still love a great song getting sent to me by a great writer or trying to write a great one.”
