Gabby Barrett Reacts to Four CMA Nominations: Watch
It was quite a morning for Gabby Barrett. The singer woke up to the news she received four CMA nominations.
Barrett is nominated for Female Vocalist of the Year, New Artist of the Year, Single of the Year and Song of the Year, making her the most nominated female artist for this year’s CMAs. You can see all of the nominations “here”
“The Good Ones” singer shared her excitement on Instagram saying “Hello everybody. We just woke up, two seconds ago…and my manager Tom just called me told me that I have four nominations at the CMA Awards….most nominated female, are you kidding me?!”
Blown away by the nominations she goes on to say “We wanted to come on here all morning hair and swollen faces from sleeping and say thank you so much. Thank you to the country music industry for voting and for being so kind to my songs, both ‘I Hope’ and ‘The Good Ones.’ I’m so excited…”
Barrett is currently on The Center Point Road tour with Thomas Rhett and Cole Swindell.
