Tasting Table, a digital media company focusing on food and drink, set out to find the best coffee shop in each state by enlisting the help of locals, internet experts, and their own experiences. Their discovery? No matter where you are in America, there’s a local coffee spot that can provide a more memorable and genuine experience than the big national chains, they said on their website.

Tasting Table crowned Curio Coffee in Cambridge as Massachusetts’ top coffee shop. They praised its overall aesthetic and food options that pair well with their coffee. Additionally, they spotlighted their Belgium waffle selection, saying that their waffles are so good you might forget the place also serves coffee.
The Cambridge coffee shop has a 4.5 out of 5-star rating on TripAdvisor, and many reviews support its reputation as a great place. One person shared their positive experience: “Incredibly well-prepared coffee, fantastic waffles, and lovely staff.” Another customer chimed in, emphasizing how great their visit was, writing, “If you are looking for a magical caffeine experience accompanied by the sweetness of a waffle, this is your place!”
