HARDY Hospitalized With Panic Attacks, Cancels Shows
HARDY has canceled shows this weekend because of anxiety. He says that the anxiety stems from the tour bus crash he was involved in back in October of 2022. HARDY posted a message to his fans on his Instagram with the news.
He wrote in the message, “I need to be honest with everyone for a second. I’ve been dealing with some serious anxiety since the bus accident last year, and over the last two weeks, it has taken control of my life. It’s caused me to suffer many panic attacks, which have landed me in the hospital.”
He added, “I need a moment to focus on me and to make myself better for my wife, family, and you, the fans.”
HARDY then explained that he was canceling his October 5 and 7 shows, and that fans could get a refund. He also moved The Georgia Rodeo show to April.
He closed the post, writing, “My plan is to be back and focused on October 12th. Thank you for understanding, see you soon.”

HARDY and some of his crew were involved in a bus crash a year ago (10/2/22) while returning from a show in Bristol, Tennessee. At the time, he took to his social media to share details that he was injured and hospitalized after the crash.
HARDY wrote on Instagram a year ago, “Following tonight’s show, our tour bus was in an accident on our way home from Bristol. There were just four of us, including myself; however, we were all treated for significant injuries.”
He continued, “I’ve been released from the hospital but ordered by doctors to recover for the next few weeks, which may cost us at a couple of shows.”
HARDY concluded, “My team and I will keep the fans updated on that as I rest in the coming days. Please keep our road family in your prayers, and I promise to keep you updated in the days to follow. God bless our medics and local and state officials for their quick response and incredible service.”
Many country superstars commented on the post, including Miranda Lambert, who wrote, “Prayers.” Thomas Rhett commented, “Dang, man. Prayers of healing for you and your crew.”
In response to the post, Luke Combs said, “Damn bud, Scary stuff. Hope y’all get healed up.” Little Big Town’s Karen Fairchild wrote, “Sending love and prayers. So sorry!!!” And Jon Pardi said, “Sorry to hear this, bud. That’s scary stuff. Prayers up! Get some rest.”
