Dierks Bentley and his two-time duet partner Elle King will be hosting “CMA Fest,” which will air Wednesday, Aug. 3 at 8/7c on ABC on the three-hour primetime concert special.

This marks both Bentley and King’s “CMA Fest” hosting debut. In addition to hosting, King joins the list of performers for the Nissan Stadium stage on Sunday, June 12. As previously announced, Bentley will also perform Sunday.

Filmed during Nashville’s four-day CMA Fest Thursday through Sunday, June 9-12, the television special features performances and surprise collaborations on stage at Nissan Stadium. 2022 marks the 19th consecutive year CMA has produced a summer concert TV special.

Bentley posted to Instagram, “#CMAfest, LET’S DO THIS! We can’t wait to host The Music Event of Summer – a three-hour concert special Wednesday, Aug. 3 at 8/7c on @ABCNetwork. It’ll be a party you won’t want to miss.”

  Something we should all do more of, “Living” is right on the mark. The official video of the song features Dierks, and his then 5-year-old son Knox, playing together in the backyard, a water park, a go-kart track, and a laser tag arena.

  An up-tempo gem from Bentley. The song is about a man who is left behind at the altar and takes a trip to Cancún by himself after he is unable to obtain a refund for the airplane tickets he had purchased for a honeymoon.
