Tom Hanks’ wife, actress Rita Wilson is a country singer, and she recently did a country album of duets that included duets with Tim McGraw, Keith Urban, Jimmie Allen, Vince Gill, Willie Nelson, and more.

The album is called Now and Forever. Tim posted the album’s cover on his Instagram recently, writing, “When @ritawilson told me about this project, I knew I wanted to be a part of it!! Rita Wilson Now & Forever: Duets coming September 27th. Such a fan of everyone involved!”

Rita responded to the post, “Tim!!!! Thank you so much!!!! I loved singing with you and so grateful you said “yes!” Love you!!!”

Wilson herself posted to Instagram about the upcoming album, “On September 27th, I’ll be releasing my new record, Rita Wilson Now & Forever: Duets. These beautiful songs from the 1970s have been reimagined as duets with some of the greatest voices of this generation. I loved working with this incredible team to make this dream of mine a reality! Pre-save now via the link in my bio.”

Faith Hill responded in a lengthy note, “Folks… this album is (amazing) just trust me!!!!!!! So proud of you, Rita. You know this already but had to testify to all of your followers. The first time I heard the un-mastered version of this album was last year while in Texas, filming 1883. It was on our ride home from set. I had no idea who the guest artist were except for one. The obvious one I share my life with and three daughters. I asked Rita to let me guess who the other duet partners were as each song played.”

She added, Looking back, we should’ve filmed it all because I am telling you, friends.. Lord, have mercy… Chills, up out of my car seat (seat belted, of course…safety first), kind of mind-blown collaborations. Legends that I have never heard sound as they do on this stellar piece of work. I was genuinely blown away. I believe you will agree.”
