Warren Zeiders Says His Music Career Is ‘Nothing Short Of A Blessing’

“You’re going to go work it out, and it’s making sure it’s rest, it’s reps, it’s warm-ups, it’s cooldowns, and it’s all these things from what I’ve learned, eating habits, staying healthy, staying fit, ice baths, all these remedies and things that I do to make sure that I am taking care of myself,” Zeiders said.
From starring as a college lacrosse player to making it big in Music City, Zeiders credits part of his success to his time as an athlete. The 24-year-old previously studied and played the sport at Frostburg State University in Maryland.
“The discipline and everything, the rituals and habits, all the things that I’ve taken from playing sports my entire life, I take with me on the road,” Zeiders said.
On top of releasing his debut album, Pretty Little Poison, earlier this year, Zeiders recently announced he will hit the road in 2024 for his headling ‘Pretty Little Poison Tour.” The trek will kick off in February with special guests Clayton Mullen and Austin Williams.
Zeiders explained, “I’ve spoken these things into existence, man. And my fans have been rabid and they continue to grow and, you know, believe in what I’m doing. And for that, I’ll never take it for granted. And it’s nothing short of a blessing, but I know what I’m building out there. And it’s not stopping anytime soon.”
